1. What Materials do we use to make boxes?
We have access to Gumming Sheet, 300 GSM paper, 350 GSM paper and 410 GSM paper. We may also use gloss/matte lamination based on box type. Feel free to share your requirements to get more information.
2. What type of customizations you can get?
As we are a printing business, you can ask us to print any designs on the boxes. Plus, you can tweak the formats of basic one-piece flap box or two-piece semi-rigid box. The basic structure of the boxes stay pretty much same, but you can add any designs according to your product.
3. Can we design your package as well?
Sure !! You can ask us to design your pack. It is separately payable.
4. What is minimum order quantity (MOQ) ?
Usually manufacturers buy packaging boxes in multiples of 100 or 1000 (or even more in case of established businesses). Initially if you are testing your product, then as sample, you can order packaging boxes in lesser quantity, such as just 12-24 packs. However, you need to keep in mind that lower quantity will increase your operational costs. Bulk buying will reduce per item cost of your products and increase your profit- so down the line in your business you need to strive for that. Feel free to contact us for further suggestions.
5. What are different types of boxes we can make?
We can make 2 types of boxes (as of now) with available materials-
This is a one-piece flap box/ tuck-in box. Suitable for items that are light-weight. Usual material is 300 gsm paper.
This is a two-piece box. We usually use 410 gsm paper for this. These are semi-rigid and handmade. Used for heavier contents.

7. Why do you need a paper-box packaging for your products?
a. It gives you more opportunity to creatively promote your brand.
b. Good quality paper-box packaging increases the perceived value of your products and thus can increase your profit margin.
