The websites contains different graphics, images, artworks, texts etc. Cardzz Solution owns the copyright over these. In case someone wishes to use these materials, they are free to contact us and get our permission. We also have the freedom to alter or delete or add any materials on the website.
2. Use of website
There are different products and services listed on the website. These can be seen as simple catalogues. To buy the items, one needs to contact us directly via WhatsApp or Gmail that are mentioned in the website. This system is kept to avoid hassle of payment gateway integration and also to offer a chance to the users to know more about the products as well as to offer them a chance to negotiate their desired products.
3. Payments
Once a user decides to buy a product or service, he/she can directly contact us. All payments need to be digital payments done via UPI, Netbanking, Paypal or other online methods. There is no possibility of giving physical cash as we don’t have a physical store.
Based on circumstances, the payment can be made before and after purchase.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We usually use popular delivery options like India Post. Based on the availability of the items, delivery time may change. The clients will be clarified regarding this while they order. After dispatching, we cannot predict the date of delivery. As an example, India Post may take anywhere from 5 to 10 days to deliver and this does not depend upon the courier charge. In many cases, speed post may also take high time.
We usually don’t take shipping charge unless the client asks for premium shipping which costs high.
The clients must share their correct name and address with full pincode to reduce the chance of parcel loss/return. In case the address is not correct, we cannot take any responsibility. We are not liable for delay or loss of parcel.
Please note that, Cardzz Solution does not have any in-house logistics team, so we rely on third party services like India Post.
